Dr. Andrei Canda coordinated and supervised over 700 marketing research projects in the fields of consumer goods, retail (IKA, traditional trade, DIY, fashion), durable goods, media, tourism, automotive, financial services, IT&C, healthcare, agribusiness, social etc.
He has over 12 years experience in marketing research gained by working both on client side (through collaborations with one of the largest retailers in the market), as well as in top 3 companies specialized in market research.
He obtained his Ph.D. in Marketing with his paper “Word of Mouth: A new component of the marketing communication strategy of the organization.” In recent years, Andrei graduated from Word of Mouth Marketing Association the courses Word of Mouth and Social Media and published together with other authors specialized materials about social networks, communication marketing or blogging.
Dr. Traian Nastase offers a rare research, digital marketing and psycho-social expertise.
He has over 12 years experience in research & consultancy.
He worked both client side and agency side (in biggest research agency). He coordinated digital research projects (website user experience, web mining, dedicated panel building etc.) and also classic research projects (brand studies, pricing, U&A, segmentation, satisfaction, concept testing etc.) for clients in telecom, banking and insurance, pharma, media, automotive, retail, FMCG, social etc.
Traian graduated masters in Economical Psychology and Marketing and Business Communication. His Ph.D. in Sociology analyzes “The Socio-Economic Impact of the Internet & Communication Media”.

Ms. Oana Ilie has over 12 years of experience in Marketing – Research agencies and the Marketing division of the biggest telecommunication company in Romania.
As a Senior Analyst she was involved in countless research projects (brand tracking studies, pricing, U&A, segmentation, customer satisfaction etc.) in the biggest three research agencies and she coordinated one of the first online projects in Romania, in 2006-2007.
As a Senior Product Manager Specialist she was responsible for designing, coordinating, launching and analyzing important marketing products/ campaigns in telecom market, but also increasing the loyalty in the customer base.
She participated in many courses and training sessions such as Statistics (Brussels – 2009), Negotiation, Project Management, Product Management, Presentation Skills (Bucharest – 2008, 2011, 2012, 2013).
Currently, she coordinates the Research department in iSense Solutions, driving the entire team into delivering successful marketing stories to all our clients. Oana owns great skills in data analysis, IBM SPSS, statistics, excel and communication, making her a true research & marketing specialist.
Dr. Alexandra Jurcoane, 9 years of research and a wide range of both strategic and tactic studies across industries: FMCG (coffee, beer, tobacco, snacks, dairy), telecom, retail, media, financial, IT&C, healthcare etc.
Experience gained working as Qualitative Market Researcher in one of the top research agencies in Romania, and as a freelance consultant for academic/ public research projects at national and European level (European Commission expert evaluator).
Ph.D. in New Food Product Development and Innovation Process with her paper “The development of new food products based on consumer perception of health risks”.
Expertise highlights include ethnography (assisted shopping visits, in-home visits, mobile diaries/ tasks), co-creation (creative workshops, online communities, bulletin boards), and sensorial encounter sessions.
