Dr. Andrei Canda is an experienced professional, having worked in marketing research for over 13 years. In his career, Andrei has worked both on the client side (through collaborations with one of the largest retailers in the market), as well as in top 3 companies specialized in market research. He has a wide area of expertise, having managed research projects in consumer goods, retail, durable goods, media, tourism, automotive, financial services, IT&C, healthcare, agribusiness, social etc.
Andrei has a Ph.D. in Marketing and additional training in Word of Mouth and Social Media, and is a published author, having written specialized materials about social networks, communication marketing or blogging.
Dr. Traian Nastase offers a rare research, digital marketing and psycho-social expertise. In his over 14 years spent in research and consultancy, he has worked on the client side, as well as in one of the biggest market research agency. He has a strong digital background, having managed both digital and classic research projects for a great variety of clients: from telecom, banking and insurance, to pharma, media, automotive, retail, social and FMCG.

Ana-Maria Nastase is a seasoned marcomm professional, with more than 12 years experience in several multinational companies. She has managed award winning PR campaigns for global brands, has critical experience in crisis communication and organized complex PR& consumer activation projects and events throughout her career.
Ana-Maria has always been curious and passionate about human psychology, and has a deep understanding of consumer behaviour, which makes her a skilled consultant in marketing research. She has a BA in general psychology, a Master’s degree in Psychotherapy (both from University of Bucharest) and additional training in Solution Focused Psychotherapy.
Denisa started her career as a qualitative researcher 8 years ago guided by her desire to discover things no one knew before. She believes that everyone has a lot of things in mind but only a few of them are verbalized and this brings up the greatest challenge of a researcher: to be creative and discover the “undiscovered” in a playful way.

Alina is an experienced professional, with more than 9 years’ experience in marketing research. Having an extensive fieldwork expertise, she has successfully delivered quantitative projects with a variety of methodologies (U&As, segmentations, mystery shopping, brand tracking, customer satisfaction, concept/products tests). She is a a dedicated, curious and detail-oriented researcher.
Having graduated from SNSPA, Alina has managed projects for a large variety of clients from industries such as banking, retail, FMCG, pharma, fashion and others.
